His expertise spans financial management and reporting, business planning, cashflow management, fundraising support, and operational restructuring — critical areas for companies building toward their next stage.

As CFO and later CEO of a $35M events business (IMN), Julius developed and executed strategies that grew profits by 20% annually and successfully navigated the company through economic downturns. Earlier, at Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, he managed financial reporting, M&A integration, and corporate tax planning across a global portfolio of businesses, providing him with a deep understanding of financial operations in diverse environments.

At Sentify, a global tech consulting firm, Julius built the finance function from the ground up, introduced scalable processes, and helped launch the U.S. business to profitability within six months — an experience that mirrors the needs of today’s growing startups and entrepreneurial organizations.
