Kimberly Carbone is a C-Suite finance executive recognized for her strategic leadership, financial and operational acumen, and hands-on approach to transformation. With more than two decades of experience across Fortune 500 corporations, private equity–backed firms, privately held companies, and global consumer brands, she has earned a reputation for driving value creation through disciplined execution, meaningful financial reporting, and operational excellence. Her expertise spans internal controls, performance management, complex restructurings, and turnarounds across industries including consumer packaged goods (CPG), food and beverage, personal care and cosmetics, fashion, medical devices, and industrial manufacturing.
Most recently, Kimberly served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Highline United LLC (a women’s footwear business, with DTC, wholesale, and retail channels), where she guided cross-functional teams through a significant transformation, including a successful Chapter 11 restructuring and asset sale. Prior to that, she held senior leadership roles as CFO of Kernel Season’s (a PE-backed food manufacturer), VP of Finance & Operations for the Americas at Russian Standard Vodka (an importer and distributor of alcohol beverages), and finance leadership positions at L’Oréal USA and Diageo North America. In these roles, she gained deep knowledge in imports and exports, global supply chain management, ERP implementations, and M&A integration, while developing financial strategies that aligned with long-term business objectives.
Earlier in her career, Kimberly advanced through financial and operational roles with Bristol-Myers Squibb, Elizabeth Arden, Osram Sylvania, and CR Bard/Baxter Healthcare — beginning as an Inventory/Cost Accountant and Internal Auditor before moving into FP&A and senior business partnership positions.
Kimberly holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Bentley University and a BS in Accounting (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Kimberly obtained her CMA (Certified Management Accountant) from the Institute of Certified Management Accountants. Kimberly currently serves on the Greater Boston Advisory Board for The Salvation Army and on the Executive Board of Financial Executives International (FEI) Boston.
Outside of work, Kimberly leads a vibrant and well-rounded life.
