Over the course of his career, Mark has been directly involved in five start‑up ventures, securing more than $100 million in venture capital and subordinated debt. His ability to balance big‑picture strategy with hands‑on operational execution has helped multiple companies accelerate growth, expand globally, and build sustainable financial infrastructures. A proven turnaround specialist, Mark has successfully guided three companies out of bankruptcy, restoring financial health and repositioning them for renewed success.

Mark’s early career began at GenRad, a $250 million publicly traded company in Concord, Massachusetts, where he quickly advanced from staff accountant to assistant controller. He later embraced his passion for start‑ups as the CFO of CardScan, where he built international manufacturing operations, expanded retail distribution into major big‑box channels, grew revenue from $2 million to $30 million, and led the successful sale of the business to Newell Rubbermaid.

Mark became well known in the venture capital community for his ability to build and scale high‑growth organizations. His most notable assignment was as the original CFO of ZoomInfo, a spinoff from CardScan. During his seven‑year tenure, he helped grow the company from inception to over $25 million in revenue—laying the foundation for what is now a publicly traded company with a multibillion‑dollar market capitalization.

In addition to his financial leadership, Mark brings deep operational expertise in global supply chain management, including subcontract manufacturing partnerships in Taiwan, Malaysia, and Singapore. He is highly experienced across multiple ERP and financial systems, including QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, and NetSuite.
