Kevin’s industry experience spans numerous sectors: Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Life Sciences, Distribution, Retail, and Automotive. He has consistently contributed to business expansion and growth, providing sound, fact-based financial decisions that facilitated transformative growth and provided solid strategic guidance to support business objectives.

As a CFO and senior finance leader, Kevin has managed financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), banking relationships, and process optimization. All underpinned by strong Accounting, Finance and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt educations.

Having served in Finance Leadership positions at companies ranging from a privately owned $15 million Retail start-up to a $10 billion publicly traded International Distributor, Kevin has gained extensive experience in all areas of Accounting and Finance. As a CFO for over 7 years at 2 different companies in recent years, Kevin led his Finance Teams through many challenges with one success after another including: an ownership change from an individual, private owner to a Private Equity firm, multiple acquisitions, banking changes, financing arrangements with those banks, payroll company changes, ERP implementations, Audit partner changes, and many other areas of change.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team at multiple companies in several industries, Kevin worked closely with leaders from Sales, Purchasing, Operations and HR, aligning interests and achieving the common goals.

As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, received from Villanova University, Kevin served as the Leader on many and as Team Member on several Six Sigma projects over the years, as well as numerous other Process Improvement-driven projects.
