Andrew brings extensive financial and operating experience in a wide array of environments, from private equity-backed SaaS software companies to a large global publicly-traded Fintech enterprise.
He is a Chief Financial Officer with an operating focus on SaaS businesses and a track record of collaborative engagement across all levels of the organization driving bookings, efficient EBITDA growth and operating efficiencies. Andrew has had responsibility for Finance, Accounting, IT / Business Systems, HR, and Cybersecurity teams, which have achieved collaborative cross-functional engagement driving operational excellence through rigorous financial analysis to foster data informed decisions.
Andrew’s experience includes senior financial positions at a variety of companies including:
- CFO for MyDigitialOffice (now Otelier), a private equity-backed SaaS company providing a business intelligence platform to hotel owners / operators.
- CFO for Veracross, a private equity-backed Edtech platform.
- Head of Global FP&A at Interactive Data Corporation, a global publicly traded Data as a Service / SaaS Fintech company.
- Executive positions at Pearson PLC, and Bertelsmann Music Group.
During his career, Andrew has built out best-in-class Accounting, FP&A, HR and IT / Business Systems teams, which drove data-informed decisions leveraging business systems to create simple and informative dashboards. He also has extensive M&A experience with over ten transactions totaling ~$1B in value where he led due diligence, modeling, and integration activities. Andrew also led a multi-discipline team through the sale of Interactive Data Corporation to two top-tier private equity firms for $3.4B.
Andrew started his career at Price Waterhouse Coppers and earned an Accounting degree (Magna Cum Laude) at the State University of New York at Binghamton.
