Craig Patterson is an accomplished operational CFO with over 20 years of experience in both private and public companies. With extensive expertise in strategic and operational finance, Craig has a track record of building businesses, driving profitability and optimizing capital allocation at large and small businesses. Craig’s industry experience includes medical devices, life sciences, health tech, energy services and manufacturing.

As a CFO of Autonomic Technologies, Craig established and oversaw commercial operations in Europe and led the successful raise of its $43M Series D followed by a $25M debt facility. Craig managed all aspects of Finance, Investor Relations, HR, IT and Facilities and helped implement its first ERP system.

Prior to Autonomic Technologies, Craig was the Divisional Controller of the Electrophysiology Division of Boston Scientific with full P&L and Balance Sheet responsibilities. While at Boston Scientific, Craig developed and executed a road map to restructure the division, grow the business from $55M to $170M (both organically and through acquisitions) and improve its gross margins by 2000 basis points in a 7-year time frame. During this growth stage, Craig was able to scale the organization while maintaining the same number of staff in Finance (14) through systems and process improvements.

Craig also has over 10 years of international experience working for both Thermo Fisher Scientific as well as Boston Scientific in Europe, and has extensive experience in M&A.

Craig graduated from NYU Stern School of Business and Administration with a Master of Science degree in Finance and Accounting, obtained his CPA license (non-active status) and has a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Law from Lafayette College.
