As Chief Financial Officer at The Princeton Review & Tutor.com, Juwon led a major financial and operational transformation. By shifting to an online model, streamlining costs, and launching innovative revenue strategies, he stabilized the business during the turbulence of the COVID-19 crisis and paved the way for lasting profitability. His leadership directly contributed to a successful exit for the company’s private equity owner, Bain Capital.

Prior to his role at The Princeton Review, Juwon refined his skills in financial restructuring and operational efficiency at AlixPartners, helping mid-market companies overcome complex financial challenges and boost performance. His time in investment banking at Jefferies equipped him with a deep understanding of M&A and strategic growth initiatives, making him adept at handling pivotal financial transactions and creating value through successful deals.

As an entrepreneur himself, Juwon founded StoryBox English, gaining firsthand experience of the challenges business owners face. This gives him a unique ability to approach financial strategy from a business owner’s perspective, ensuring that his solutions are not only strategic but also practical and impactful.
