Ted Jozwik is a senior entrepreneurial executive with extensive experience delivering improved financial and operational performance across various industries including: distribution, manufacturing, professional services, real estate, software and technology.

Ted’s expertise is in Budgeting, Cash Management, Financial Planning and Analysis, Operational Transformation, Financial Reporting, Mergers and Acquisitions, Asset Based Lending and Risk Management.

Ted held senior financial positions at private and public middle market companies including Partminer, Inc. as Corporate Controller and Deustch Group as Chief Accountant.  Additionally, he held the position of SVP Finance and Portfolio Operations at Skyview Capital and served as an audit manager at Ernst & Young.

Some of Ted’s accomplishments as a finance executive include:

• Successfully executed four exits in the Software and Manufacturing industries with average annual sales of $50M.
• Completed the acquisitions of five M&A targets with sales ranging from $10M to $400M in the Business Process Outsourcing, Manufacturing and Software industries.
• Re-engineered a manufacturing business unit and divested a non-performing plant addressing all facets of revenues, costs and product mix, resulting in annual bottom line improvements of $500k.
• Contributed in the successful sale of Deutsch Group, an international manufacturer and distributor, to TE Connectivity for $2B.
• Helped achieve a 30% sales growth at Partminer, Inc., a venture-backed company, raising sales to $130 million through a mix of organic growth and acquisition.

Since 2016, Ted has focused on mergers and acquisitions and supporting private equity held businesses. He played a crucial role as the operations and finance point person on deals, performing detailed financial due diligence, conducting comprehensive operations assessment, and spearheading post-close financial integration efforts.  Ted has analyzed prospective investment opportunities, supported equity transactions, and guided the management teams of portfolio companies, driving value through strategy and operational performance improvements resulting in improved cash flows and profitability.

Ted holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University and is an active Certified Public Accountant licensed in NYS.  He resides on Long Island, New York with his wife and children.
