James Christodoulou is a dynamic and entrepreneurial, hands-on executive with more than 20 years of C-suite experience. James has helped companies significantly increase market share, grow revenue and profitability – organically or through M&A. He started his career in Private Equity and was an Investment Banker on Wall Street before transitioning to the company side. James brings a unique whole-of-business perspective that integrates strategy, operations, sales and marketing, and finance. James has been the CEO, COO and CFO at privately held and publicly listed companies on the NYSE and NASDAQ, has raised more than $2 Billion in public and private debt and equity, is responsible for three IPOs (1-NYSE, 2-NASDAQ), and has created billions of dollars in shareholder value.
James is a strategic thinker who is most impactful during periods of high growth or transition, providing proactive leadership and direction at small and mid-cap B2B/B2C companies from start-up through a mature phase. He has experience in Green/Clean/Traditional Energy, Fintech, SaaS, Electrification of Things (EOT) and EV Mobility, International Maritime, Logistics, Professional Services, as well as traditional industrial and manufacturing sectors.
As a CFO, James has co-founded or has been involved in many PE-backed companies. James has experience in asset-light and asset-heavy business models and brings firsthand knowledge of leverage and how to optimize operating and financial risks, especially during periods of growth or market volatility.

- Worked with all department heads to prepare reports, presentations, and analyses for Boards of Directors, banks, investors, auditors, and regulators
- Oversaw preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, drafted Notes to Financial Statements and Management’s
- Discussion and Analysis and other statutory disclosure requirements for SEC and SOX
- Responsible for all aspects of investor relations
James is a native New Yorker. He attended Columbia Business School in New York with a concentration in finance and Rutgers University in New Jersey with a degree in Psychology. He is a guest lecturer at universities, corporations and orgaizations on Values Based Leadership and Crisis Management. James is a CFA Level III candidate, and received his Series 7, 63, 86 and 87 FINRA licenses. He is based in New York City and has lived in London, Oslo, Bordeaux, Athens, Singapore, and Hong Kong. He always brings the energy, focus, work ethic, sense of teamwork, and winning attitude he learned as a pilot and an as elite athlete.
