Jeff has almost 30 years of high growth global experience, leading companies from start-up through the sale of the business across energy, telecom, and high-tech industries. His experience includes driving the development and execution of corporate strategy and structuring companies from a legal, operational, and financial perspective to maximize performance. Jeff also has significant experience in capital raising, financial transaction structuring, buy and sell side M&A, and regulatory strategy. Additionally, he spent 5 years in manufacturing which included building a product cost system and successfully implementing numerous operational changes using TQM / 6 sigma.

For thirteen years, Jeff served as CFO of Energo, a NYC-based energy company. In that capacity, he was part of the executive team that built the natural gas and electricity division from concept to hundreds of millions in annual revenues, leading to the sale of the business. He led due diligence and structuring for numerous asset acquisitions and provided significant guidance and leadership across all functional areas as the company grew and matured. He instituted key reporting and operational reviews at the management and executive management level and devised compensation plans designed to attract and retain high performing employees across all functional areas. He developed and maintained short and long term models, investor presentations, and structured the company’s credit and supply facilities to align with company goals and strategies. Additionally, he was deeply involved in regulatory strategy impacting both the company and the industry.

Previously, Jeff was CFO of Global Locate, Inc. from its inception through its sale to Broadcom. Global Locate designed GPS semiconductors and software for mobile devices and mobile network operators. Jeff contributed to developing the strategic direction of the company and produced materials for and attended all board meetings. Additionally, Jeff oversaw 6 rounds of venture capital raises, management of the capitalization table, development and maintenance of long- and short-term forecasts, and established the company’s operations in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Prior to Global Locate, Jeff held a succession of positions of increasing responsibility at Omnipoint Corporation, a publicly traded mobile network operator, culminating in his role as CFO of the company’s largest business unit with over $500 million in annual revenues. He built the accounting department and established processes and procedures to consolidate over 30 legal entities for both management and debt reporting. He conducted econometric studies, built models and developed presentations for approval to enter new markets where the company held licenses and participated in the drafting of financial press releases. He also participated on the team that implemented a corporate wide Oracle/Peoplesoft financial system as well as integrating multiple applications required for the business to function at launch. As CFO of the largest business unit, he helped devise the strategy to turn around the unit’s performance.

Jeff also spent 5 years at Labatt’s $500 million+ annual revenue dairy group, participating in or leading TQM/6 sigma projects in distribution, raw product procurement, plant operations and sales. He also designed and implemented cost accounting and fixed asset systems for the business.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University and holds an inactive Certified Public Accountant certification.
